“My wife and I had the chance for an overnight getaway while the kids stayed with grandparents, and Abigail’s apartment was the perfect place. The apartment itself is extremely clean, well stocked, warm, and inviting. The outdoor atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, with flowers growing in her field and mountains in the distance I could stare at for days. The fresh cut flowers on our doorstep, assorted hot teas to choose from, and freshly ground coffee from a local roaster were incredibly thoughtful and appreciated touches. The town of Black Mountain was just down the road, where we enjoyed some wonderful restaurants and had a lot of fun checking out all the shops (by the way, Kilwin’s is a must for ice cream!). Overall our stay was exactly what we needed. We look forward to going back and staying there again as soon as we can!”

“This was, by far, the very very best airbnb experience I've had! A perfect stay beginning to end. Less than 10 minutes to Black Mountain and 20 minutes to Asheville, but I almost didn't want to leave. The deck and surrounding flower farm are absolutely beautiful. Abigail and Brandon were the perfect hosts - they give you plenty of space, but I enjoyed chatting with them a lot. The apartment is above the garage and attached to their home, but it is quiet and private feeling. The deck is shared with the family and parking is very convenient. The bedroom and living room are one space, but the whole place is very roomy. Extremely clean, well-stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, etc. They were both great communicators from beginning to end, and I felt very welcomed. Even the neighbors and community members were kind and welcoming when they had a lovely outdoor concert! A special place.”
